Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy is designed to relieve pain and chronic muscle tension throughout the body. This type of massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscles and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
Trigger Point Massage
Trigger Point Therapy involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. This therapy is often used in conjunction with other types of bodywork during a massage session.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage Therapy is intended to relax the entire body. It is the most popular type of massage in the United States. This type of massage manipulates the superficial layers of the muscles to increase blood circulation, encourage mental and physical relaxation, decrease stress and muscle tension, and improve range of motion.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage Therapy is a type of therapeutic bodywork that supports a woman during the dramatic changes that occur to her body during pregnancy. It improves the function of muscles and joints, increases circulation, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Prenatal massage is especially helpful in diminishing backaches, pelvic pain, leg cramps, and edema (swelling).
Massage therapy package deals are only available for 60 minute massages and are valid for up to one year after the purchase date.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
